Good morning!
I hope you all enjoyed your weekend. I am so excited that March is here! That means spring is just around the corner. I am looking forward to seeing nature come to life again. And for the kids to be able to play outside!
Somewhere between sitting at my desk and picking up little munchkins all day, I hurt my back. Again. This is getting really old. Or maybe it's just me...Anyways.. This little guy has been my companion this week. I am so glad I was able to grab some while it was in stock. Such a life saver! Seriously!!
Did you notice my awesome nails??? My friend Jen invited me over to show me the new Jamberry catalog. Of course, I said yes! Little did I know, I would leave with a new way to put on the wraps that is SO much better than the method I was using before. I was so excited! And they are so cute! (Don't look too close, my nails still need some love!) It's also been a few days, and I beat up my nails, so they are a little worn.
Okay...on to the menu! If you saw my post last week, we tried Irish Onion Soup from my new cook book. It was delicious!! I have never had onion soup before, so I had nothing to compare it to. I also don't know what the difference is between Irish Onion soup and French onion soup. If you do, please share!! I am excited to try our next Irish meal this week!
Leftovers!!
Tacos. Nothing fancy. Just tacos
Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole
Dublin Coddle
My Irish meal of the week. From the recipe, it almost looks/sounds like a shepherd's pie, just with sausage links
Pizza pinwheels
Stuffed peppers
Lemon chicken with potatoes in foil packets
What are you eating this week???
