Intro to Essential Oils - Seed to Seal and Beyond - Part 3

Welcome back!!
I hope you're getting excited about learning about more oils today! We have six more to cover that are included in the Premium Starter Kit!

Copaiba - This one was one of the additions to the new kit, so I didn't receive it in mine. It is on my next Essential Rewards order, though!
This is what Young Living Says about this oil:
Copaiba essential oil may promote wellness, and can be an important part of a daily health regimen*. This oil includes the naturally occurring constituents beta-caryophyllene and alpha-humulene, and can be mixed with honey and warm water for a warming, essential oil-infused tea.

Di-Gize was another new addition. I have heard that this oil works wonders!
From the Young Living website:
DiGize™ is one of Young Living's exclusive and proprietary dietary supplements. This unique blend contains Ginger, Anise, Fennel, Peppermint, Tarragon, Lemongrass, Patchouli, and Juniper essential oils, and includes naturally occurring constituents like menthol, citrol, and zingiberen. Use DiGize with every meal, along with Essentialzymes-4™, to support a daily wellness regimen*. When traveling abroad, use DiGize as a dietary supplement in your water. DiGize is an ideal complement to the nutritional supplements ComforTone® and JuvaTone®.

Lemon has gotten a lot of love from me lately! First, I love the smell! It also helps with congestion. All this crazy weather has my sinuses confused. Rubbing a drop over the bridge of my nose gives me such relief, and helps me be able to breathe again!!

Amazing. That is all I have to say about Pan-Away. For someone with a sensitive back, this oil is my friend! It was also a huge help to my mom to help relieve some of the pains of arthritis!

I love, love, love Purification!! It smells so fresh and clean. I diffuse it regularly to keep our air fresh. I add a couple drops to our laundry to keep towels from getting smelly. I put a few drops on a towel and keep them in the closet so it smells good. I also mix a couple drops in a spray bottle if water and spray it around for air freshener. Did I mention I love this oil?? :D

Finally...we have RC. This one was another newbie to the kit. I have a couple bottles floating around the house. I like to diffuse it and rub it on the kiddos feet at bedtime.
Here is what Young Living says:

R.C.™ Essential Oil Blend is a unique combination of Cypress, Spruce, and three types of Eucalyptus (E. globulus, E. radiata, and E. citriodora) oils, and includes the naturally occurring constituent limonene. Rub R.C. on your feet or chest before exercise to uplift and inspire, or massage three drops on your feet before bedtime to encourage an atmosphere of comfort. R.C. can also be used in place of Aroma Siez™ in Young Living’s Raindrop Technique®.

That's all for the 11 (Yes, 11!!) amazing oils that are included in the Premium Starter Kit! Do you have a favorite yet?
I will be sharing one more post with all the bonus items that are included, so stay tuned for that. There may or may not even be another oil!! ;)

As always, feel free to message me with any questions! I would love to know which oil you are most excited about!

Menu Plan Monday - What's Next

Good morning!!

I hope you all had a great weekend!
Is it winter where you are yet? The weather keeps playing with us here. Some days I think winter is sticking around, and others, it feels like fall. I am totally okay with that. Winter is not my favorite! :)

We have a pretty tasty menu up this week! (At least I think so!) And a couple different blog posts!
Here is what you can look forward to:
* Part 3 of the Essential Oils 101 Series (You can view Part 1 and Part 2 if you haven't yet!)
* My Week 1 results for the 14-week Home Organization Challenge from A Bowl Full of Lemons

Now, on to this week's menu! (Lots of links today!)
I will just be posting our dinners for the week. Breakfast and lunches are usually the same. I will post them at the end! :)
When you're done here, head over to I'm an Organizing Junkie for more menu ideas!

Beef Stew, home made bread
This is the recipe I used for the bread. I just added a little garlic powder and rosemary to the dough.

Enchiladas with black beans
I'll be using THIS recipe (it's a favorite here!) I will also be doubling it, so that I can save a batch for later.

Stir Fry

I use up and fresh veggies we have, throw in some teriyaki sauce, and serve over rice. Yum!

BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
Fries

Pizza Waffles

I found This Recipe on Pinterest and thought it would be fun for the kids!

Chili
I will be doubling this one, too!
This is the recipe I use

To end our week, I will be making a lasagna and serving with the French Bread and salad
I may double this, too, if I have enough.

What are you eating this week??
